Basic Terms
Delivery of items is provided using Royal Mail, Parcleforce and Courier. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £7.50 for as many items as required for delivery to UK Mainland Only.
Please use our enquiry form for postage quote before purchasing for anywhere outside of the UK.We can become out of stock of certain items from time to time due to high demand and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected delivery date of such items that are out of stock.
Refund Policy If goods are unwanted and not Faulty then they can be returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure adequate packaging is used to avoid damages. We would advise the use of a signed for service as we can accept no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received, unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. All postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded.
If goods recieved are incorrect / damaged / faulty then please contact us as
soon as possible to inform us of the problem. In the case that the
delivery is by special delivery / courier where a signature is required, please
ensure that you note the problem on the acceptance paperwork. In cases
such as this you can request a full refund or, where possible, an exchange upon
return of the goods to Holmeswood Koi.
