Starting dose 10 ml to 2 gallons of pond water in a suitable bowl. Then add extra as required as temperature plays a big role in fish sedation.
Having said that, Masuizai is safe to use at any temperature. |
The removal of the incredibly popular Masuizai anaesthetic from the Kusuri range, due to stringent regulations from the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) has meant that anaesthetics/antibiotics are now illegal for use, by anybody other than a Qualified Vet.
Kusuri have now brought out 'Masuizai Koi Sedate', which is not an anaesthetic, it is a sedation formulation based on 2-phenoxyethanol.
Sedation is still deep enough to perform minor procedures, such as ulcer cleaning and scale removal.
Our own full sedation formulation is very safe to use. Masuizai does not contain any harmful Acetone.
