Why is RESOLVE different to others? All of the main brands have monolinuron as the active ingredient, which is classed as a biocide. RESOLVE does not contain any biocides, algaecides, ammonium compounds or metals. Why is RESOLVE better than other brands? Blanketweed develops a resistance to chemicals after prolonged treatment, and this is why monolinuron based treatments are becoming less effective. RESOLVE, however, is a brand new formula that the dreaded weed has no resistance to.
